The Solo Coder Podcast

Apr 28, 2020

I spoke with Shahin Sheidaei. Shahin has worked with 3 out of the 5 big banks in Canada as an Agile Coach. He has his own Agile consulting business.

Beyond that, he is a public speaker, blogger and one of the organizers of the "Lean Agile Network" meetup in Toronto.

I started our conversation mistakenly assuming that Shahin was not a coder but he is, which made our conversation even more relevant.

I asked Shahin why coders should consider getting more involved with Agile. That was when he talked about different career goals, for instance, if you want to become a product manager, Agile would aggregate a lot of value to you.

Listen to this chat to find out if Agile can be another tool for you to add to your coder's tool-belt.
